  The place is welcoming and staff fantastic. The only negative is the smoking of e cigarettes it just makes a mockery of the no smoking policy

  Mecca bingo. The only place I know where you can have a real good laugh. Caller's are funny, food and drink is not a bad price and there is bingo!

  I visited bolton branch today with my brother and his girlfriend both have downs syndrome. It was their first time and we were greeted by Siobhan, she was the most caring, helpful, attentive member of staff I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble or her, she could see i was stressed as i arrived a little later than i would have liked and she made sure we were all logged in and settled us in our seats. I just want to say a massive thank you for all her help and support. If mecca have an award for outstanding team member of the year she wins hands down. I don't live in the area but this is now going to be where I go in future. I would just like to say also that every member of staff we met were all really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Mecca Bolton for a lovely day.
